horrible service

NEVER EVER take out cellphone insurance from Game (underwritten by Hollard) submitted a claim, it was escalated to Hollard and was told it would take 3 working days. after 3 days I spoke to a different claims agent, and was then informed that the person who was supposed to escalate the claim sent it to the wrong person.

after that I had to yet again wait another 3 days.

to this day nothing has been resolved, still no feedback and upon request for telephonic discussions no response either.

The service from Finrite (Game@finrite) was absolutely appalling. NOT ONE call back was made after I was told on 3 separate occasions that someone would phone me back and never did so.
