Horrible and disgusting service

I over paid on my policy in December, I have logged a query for a refund, the reference number Is ********** 017 .i have been waiting for my money to be paid back to my account, when I phone there call center and choose option for already logged enquiry they drop my call,

I’m really ****ed off by there service , I’m starting to wonder if I ever claim they will pay me , I want to cancel the stupid policy , it seems as if I’m dealing with ******
