Hoolard Motor Xtender

<p>I am very disappointed and feel conned by Hollard. I took out their extended warranty cover. During my first 13 minute phone call enquiring about the product, the sales person rattled off the 100 T&Cs. Obviously, I can't remember all of them, so I ask for a quote.</p> <p><br />The quote gets sent to me and has certain conditions on the quote. I sign up and the policy they send me has different conditions to the quote.</p> <p> </p> <p>On the quote, it states: "In the first 30 days from inception of cover, no Mechanical Breakdown or Service claims will be considered. For the next 60 days, the greater of 25% of the claimed amount subject to benefit limits, or R500 will be the first amount payable by you".</p> <p><br />I send my car in for a service after 10 weeks, then they point out to me that there is no cover for services in the first 90 days. If I knew that I would have just waited 2 more weeks for my service.</p> <p>It is false advertising that the policy has different T&Cs to the quote.</p> <p>You should be ashamed of yourselves!</p> <p>I definitely will never use Hollard for any insurance purposes again.</p>
