Hollard's poor customer satisfaction

I have had the most ********** experience with Hollard Insurance Consultants. I did take out a car insurance policy with them in February 2020. However, I got a much better rate with Outsurance who offered me huge savings on my premiums. I then contacted Hollard Insurance to cancel, but they have not, and has been debiting my account for the 3rd month now.
