Hollards is a ripe off

As i shared my comment on c insurance at hollard ...about K10 LG cellphone being ****** and yet they didnt replace my me with a cellphone they still charging for an insurance which dont exists ...however i recieved a call from them and they now want to apologies and do a refund whose worried about me paying every month for cellphone thats ****** ...i want justice to be served ......however they said they will call back ,do u think they care of calling back they only worry about recieving a salary at the end of the month serving the honest people is not one of there motive .....im very disappointed and call the people of today to comment and share if anyone has had an experience like mine ....please speak out.
