Hollard warranty extender

I have been paying my policy every month and when I wanted to claim they stated my car have to be serviced every 15k km however my service book says every 20k km. They also claim that they can't see the stamps clearly. When I spoke the director of moto extender and ask him what does the services of the vehicle has to do with my faulty gearbox he said it's has nothing to do with the service book. They didn't pay for the vehicle. He also said he will get back to me and he didn't. This is pathetic and will not recommend this policy to anyone.
