Hollard Warranty claims problems

Just made an oil service after 6 months just a week back and I still had a lot of kilometers to drive.

Now after 6 months my car started having engine problems again. Noise coming out of my engine.

Garage says is the Vacuum Pump, and the part is covered under Braking and not engine, noise is in the engine. I am not a mechanic but did research and this part is on the engine. And this component is on engine but supplies air to boost braking. ? Please explain why this is not covered under engine ?

Tappet cover gasket also not covered but its part of engine. But this needs replacement because oil is leaking from engine. ? Please explain why this is not covered under engine?

I have no car since Monday, why am I going through this again Hollard, I think this will be my last claim and go back to RMI, this is too much for me. It seems like I pay you to work against me.

Please reply, I have been trying to call back but call center too busy.
