Hollard unreliable insurance
I joined Hollard insurance for my Cellphone insurance at Jet stores Margate, i submitted a claim on the 2nd of June till this day they are playing hide and seek. At 1st i was told that no claim was submitted by Jet and i went ro Jet to enquire and they were phoned right infront of me and they suddenly found my claim and told me that their systems are down. This is not the 1st time im having a problem with this company they are so unreliable and can not be trusted. I wish to cancel all my policies with them.

17 Jun 2020, 14:39Even now i have been on the phone the whole day not even a single callback from Hollard, i have sent complaints via Jet stores and i have emailed and called but theres no one to assist me. I wish people can be warned about this insurance. Even the responce i get here says nothing about being assisted
