Hollard tow in service be warned.

Be informed about the shoddy service from Hollard especially their service to have a broken down vehicle towed in. We ended up with a person that couldn't find our car on their system. Then asked copious questions (imagine this standing on the side of the road) It felt that they are doing everything possible to make you not use this service you have paid for. The cherry on the cake and I quote " we will have your vehicle towed to an assessment centre to have it assessed, after this happening and who knows how long we would have to wait, "after getting assessed we will tow to garage" UNBELIEVABLE HOLLARD. YOU SHOULD BE ASHAMED OF THIS SHODDY SERVICE. WE ARE NOW PAYING OURSELVES TO HAVE OUR VEHICLE TOWED.
