Hollard through game insuarance refuse to pay since phone wasn't used everyday

After 3 months of waiting, i was finally told my claim was rejected because i wasn't primarily using the phone at the time it was ******???! Phone worth R1800, paid over R3000 and claim rejected because i wasn't primarily using it????!. Paid for years, every month, and when i finally claim, this is what i get. My phone is worth so little, i can only imagine how far you go to not pay for most expensive devices. So who is ******** people exactly, game? finrite? hollard? Do people know that as soon as they take the sim card off their devices, they are uninsured, meaning if the phone is ****** while the sim is not in, they don't get anything from you guys?
