HOLLARD THIRD PARTY CLAIM NIGHTMARE

Good day

I would like to write a complaint on Hollard Insurance regarding my third party claim, their client was involved in an accident on the 29.10.2021 in which he hit my car from behind while he was trying to suave from the car in front of him. I log a third party claim with their broker and submitted all the requested documents to their broker and the broker confirmed that they did submit all the documents to Hollard for them to start processing my claim. Hollard did confirm that all the documents was validated and the claim was sent through to third party claim to process. and since then they just went silent no update i have been sending emails to them nobody will reply to my emails their phones rings unanswered. i was advised that the lady who is dealing with my claim *** her number *** goes unanswered and emails no response. can someone from this company contact me to get my claim processed as this has taken too long and the unprofessional-ism from Hollard is making this whole matter even worse.
