Hollard - the worst company in the world.

Hollard is the worst insurance company one can deal with. I was hi-jacked a week ago and tried to contact Hollard to assist with towing and fixing of my car. They deduct payments from my bank, but when I call them, I get the excuse that they cannot find my details. I ended up paying for all the damages myself. I want to claim the money I paid for the damages from Hollard, but nobody can assist and they just transfer me to another number everytime. I will not recommend them to anyone. They are the worst, poorest, ****iest company I have ever dealt with.
