Hollard - The Worst Call Centre Ever

My car battery went flat and couldn't start my engine. Immediately I did whay I usually do when I used to be with AA (I am truly regret moving away from AA to Hollard) tried to call Hollard for help.

Now, the lady from thr Customer service who supposed to help was in need for help. Poor language s****s (I mean English not Turkish), bad attitude, and lack of communication when it comes to ER support. Asked which insurance I am covered for and when I said limited vehicle insurance, it took her a while and to correct me (do you mean limited warranty? ) ohh yes my bad.

I offered to provide her with my policy number but she was not listening. She put me on hold for almost a 2 minutes till my airtime finished.

When I used with AA the 1st think they asked for is (ARE YOU SAFE? DO YOU WANNA US CALL YOU BACK? ).

Thanks god I found a workmate with battery jumping cable and I was lucky that the incidence took place at work parking and not on road.

This is the 2nd time I call Hollard and for the 2nd time they let me down with such bad call centre (the last time had to phone more than 5 times and the lady was busy eating and chatting with party-like soundtrack at background).

I am contacting other insurance and definitely will be moving away from Hollard for life.

The worst vehicle insurance ever.

Reviewer Update
As usual, they email asking for policy number (as before when they asked for ID number) with no real actions. If this is the way Hollard handle their customers complaints then happy to terminate my policy with you soon.
