Hollard the Big ****

Hi everyone please avoid Hollard Insurance its like not having insurance. Its like David vs Goliath they bully you drag the process and use every excuse not to pay out and frustrate you. They have blocked me from Social media pages because I am telling the truth. I am owner of a Mochachos Franchise in Klerksdorp we had a power surge in Feb 22. I have had my Coc in place and I am not a electrician to know if there is a issue in the DB box. We had the surge and the computers and camera system went. Damage over R100000 rand. The assessor they sent found a isssue in the DB box and makes a assumption that the surge was caused internally by the DB box. We were at the shop and the surge was caused externally I have had 3 independent electricians who have viewed the situation and have concured the surge is a external cause. I am not a electrician to know of any Faults on the DB Box as I have my Coc and have comp****. We employ 15 people and been trading over 10 years we take insurance to have comfort. Not be treated like this. Please avoid Hollard. I have moved to outsurance they sent a onfield inspector to look at the store which Hollard didnt they were happy with the preuims and taking the money. Now our buisness is at risk.
