Hollard the bane of our existence

This is by far thee worst insurance service provider on the face of this earth, Deserves a negative star ratings if there was one. I submitted my claim last year for third party claim and had the worst luck to be assisted by these 2 individuals who embodied incompetence: *** & *** every single time i follow up there's always some how a document that your agents haven't received and i then have to resend the same thing a 100 times again. 4 months down the line the person I'm dealing with Talia Mahomed tells me she doesn't have a claim form and that i should refill and send it after i had already mailed it to her hundreds of times already. Today marks 4 months and i still haven't been assisted all i keep getting is "we're sorry but there's one more document missing". Its been 4 months without a car all because of the incompetence of your company and stuff. I retract my initial statement a negative star is far too generous for Hollard.
