Hollard taking money from pensioners and not paying for funeral.

Hollard is a company of ******, they have refused to pay for my father's insurance cover even though everything was submitted, they did not want to use his death certificate but rather asked for a note from the doctor. My father passed on due to natural death and they do not want to take the official documents from the Department of home affairs. Sanlam and Old Mutual are much better than this ***** company. We had to suffer during the time of bereavement because of them. They are very insensitive and do not show care for clients. My father had been paying premiums religiously. Only for Hollard to be so unreasonable!!!!! I am so disappointed with their service....
