Hollard takes premiums but won't accept claims

I took credit insurance with Hollard when I bought my vehicle 2 years ago. They were happy to take premiums every month, then I got retrenched. After asking them numerous times for the claim documents, they send it 4 months later, now they reject my claim as according to them premiums weren't paid! What utter *******!!! ********
