Hollard suddenly states that they have no record of a 'plus' 8 years account

After paying money for plus 8 years we (Goodyear associates) suddenly receive a letter saying that they have no recollection of our existence.... Then we are demanded to sign a new record by the 16th of April or we will forfeit any previous contributions or arrangements. I want my money back from the period that your company had no recollection of my existence as I was therefor paying for a service that your company had failed to administer due to negligence and not following up and auditing on contributions made to your account on my part. Had I claimed, normally under very traumitizing conditions, your company would've denied my existance and certainly declined my claim. Your report would've read that I do not have an account with your company. Therefore, I want all contributions paid back into my account as I have never received cover from your company due to a letter stating that I have never existed.
