Hollard sucks

I have insurance for legal cover with Hollard. I have yet to receive a copy of my policy in any firm. I'm in the process of purchasing property and need advice as well as information on what my policy covers. Numerous phone calls and emails later and all I have to show is call center agents that are clueless. I'm frustrated and don't know how to get the service I've been paying for all these months.
