Hollard *****ing from clients through CSurance

I have an cellphone insurance policy with CSurance which is under written by Hollard. I got a replacement for my lost phone last year(15/07/2017) and to this day I haven’t received an updated policy schedule and my premium has increased from R175 to R350, for cover of R10 000, without any notifications? Why are you ******** me?
