Hollard Shocking service
This is the most unprofessional disgusting service that I have ever received. The call centre is shocking and the activated voice prompts just cut you off I think the middle of a conversation. I tried cancelling my policy to no avail. They also ask for feedback and never respond to negative feedback. Why ask for it in the 1st place.
