Hi Everyone please avoid Hollard Insurance they delay claims look for every small excuse not to pay or delay the process. I had power surge at my Shop have my Coc in place and everything in order they reject a claim by a loose wire that might cause a surge also they did even do a inspection with recommendations . Please use Outsurance or Santam. They were quick to take my premiums.

18 Mar 2022, 18:13Also they practice ********* buisness ethics. They send a email for sight inspection 16 Feb at Mochachos Klerksdorp which is agreed upon the following day they send a email to my broker to cancel the policy within 31 days until my broker emails them and tell them that you emailed for site inspection they retract the cancellation letter there after, while the current claim not being sorted out. Which shows the intention to reject my claim and then cancel my policy and get away with it. I contacted Out Surance told them what happen they sent a guy to inspect the premesies and offered me cover. Being in the Franchise buisness for over 10 years. I cant believe we pay premiums to be treated like this. The assesor who came to the inspection for the claim for my power surge comes with electrician with no paper work stating what he does goes to the DB board takes few photos does no testing what so ever with any instrument does check the plugs were the surge took place and then says surge caused by DB box due loose connections.
