HOLLARD ****S PEOPLE AND DONT CARE ABOUT THEIR CUSTOMERS

MY POLICY IS GMPOL*** ,I am disappointed in your service because i sent my complaint in September the 30th but now its October THE 21ST and no one has responded to my complaint.

Can you please cancel my Iphone insurance ASAP, i bought iphones at Game and took insurance i was charged accordingly and i am debited R139.00 monthly.

However recently i got an SMS stating thank you for taking out game cell phone insurance. your policy has been activated ,you are now ******** me because i am already on YOUR insurance and the SMS states you will be debiting my account for R374.00 ON THE 25TH OF THIS MONTH and monthly premium is R170 with a GMPOL *** . I am going to reverse this money should you debit my account.

I no longer want your insurance CANCEL it ASAP because i sent a request in September but NO ONE HAS RESPONDED TO COMPLAINT.
