HOLLARD ********

Insured our home contents with hollard, now that we claimed for ****** items we were told we are under-insured and we have to except the loss we suffered. The consultant didn't explain the under insure part clearly because i was under the impression that the sum insured will cover the ****** item, now they're adding the items that were not ****** and telling me i have under insured our home contents. HOLLARD IS A *******, I HAVE NEVER MISSED A PREMIUM OR EVEN BE LATE IN PAYING BUT NOW THAT THEY HAVE TO PAY, THEY DON'T WANNA PAY.
