Hollard saved by Kalwyn Samuel

I submitted a claim last week Thursday and oh boy it was not going well. I received an email with my claim number the same day but no details about what's to happen next. I was frustrated and I kept following up until Wednesday when I was assisted by Kalwyn Samuel. I was on the verge of losing it and had already decided that I'm terminating my contract. I don't think that a claim for a phone should take a week, I've never experienced that before. Long story short, Kalwyn redeemed Hollard for me. He promised to call by 8:30 am on Thursday and he followed through, promised to expedite and provide feedback by midday and guy called before midday. The service after Kalwyn was nothing short of amazing. I'd give a 5 star rating but the other employees were a let down. Kalwyn Samuel, Hollard and this country need more people like you. Kalwyn does his work with such sedulous care, overdelivers and keeps his word.
