Hollard robbing me after hijacking

I was hijacked five weeks ago. I have submitted my claim at my brokers Colonial, Hartbee****rt. The items that was grabbed from my car was my wallet, my wedding dress that I fetch for altering, my Singer sewing machine and overlocker as well as my prescription glasses and prescription sunglasses and Galaxy tab. My laptop (specified) in laptop bag was also taken. The laptop was in a bag that was a present fom my late husband. Now I receive a payment form for just the lenses - no frames, and just my laptop - not the bag. No other items on the form . Oh let me mention that my late husband's hearing aids went missing in the ambulance/hospital transfer when the medics tried to save his life. They only paid it out last week after me complaing to Colonial that I will go to social media regarding their poor service. I was ****** during a violent crime, but it feels like Hollard is robbing me and it is far more traumatic than the actual hijacking. It is a company I trusted to be counted on if such a crime should take place. I have insured my contents for R 785 000, I have R 16 000 all risk cover. I paid my premiums every month. I have lost my wedding dress and my machines which is my only income as I make baby toys from home.
