Hollard *******

I am so disappointed with the service i received from Hollard. After many years as there client and never missing a payment i expected to be treated with dignity. My house was broken into in June 2019. I put a claim through to Hollard and the claim was decline. I appealed the claim and was decline again. I was told to go to the Oumbudsman if i was not satisfied. I am still there client and now Hollard have charged me for *****.This is disappointing coming from a big company like Hollard denying to offer a service which they claim are the best at.
