Hollard Phone Insurance experience.

in 2016 i had a Samsung J1, it was lost due to theft (mugging).

Called Hollard and they said new phone will be delivered after 3-5 working days.

i called them 5-6 times.

New phone was only delivered a month later. It was a J1 mini. a cheaper and worse phone.

A WHOLE MONTH LATER!!!!!

they are the reason i dont trust phone insuring companies anymore!!!
