Hollard not worth using

Had an accident my car sustained damages to the bumper. Called hollard, spoke to REP Amanda. She sent us to AutoMagic Panel Beaters. First appearances i was not happy with this service provider. However we went through the process. We were told that bumper will need to be replaced. They will send the quote through to Hollard and we will get notified. Was Told by Amanda the Excess payable to the company is R3200. The quotation sent to Hollard was for R5000+ but not for replacing, as they mentioned to me, but rather to repair. We shared our frustration with Amanda, even requesting a pay out we will take it to a company we know. She recommended we get a quotation and she will work trying that route. Firstly your services providers are ***** and looking for nothing more than to make easy money. R5000+ and my excess of R3200 = R8200+ for them to repair a bumper!!!!!!! Any person in their right frame of mind will tell you thats crazy. Secondly , i believe your calls are recorded, kindly listen to the conversation, in which your rep Amanda states get a quotation and she will help us. However as soon as we submitted a quotation for a replacement for the bumper, Amanda now states she cant help, we have to go with our service provider. Hollard is a **** insurance company!!! anyone who reads this review, should stay away from them... Pathetic!! our first claim with you guys!!! and im total disgusted.
