Hollard must fall

Hollard missed up my business I was insured by them 2years deducting R2180 every month and my car got accident they took the car to their place and told me the car is right off after following up in 5 months they told one Tyre doesn't have roadwothy so what's Tyre to do with roadwothy when u get accident I got back my car and fixed for my self so now I ask them to give me my money back that I was paying 2years cause they didn't even fixed my car now they telling we gonna review all time and that's bad experience so plz anyone who can help me with this advice me plz I can't leave them like this
