Hollard MotorXtender Poor Service

My Name is Wandisile Myokwana Hollard MotorXtender should be closed due to their poor service and care for their clients. Hollard Towed my car on the 08/01/2018 and they received the quotation report for claim on the 26/01/2018. Today is the 28/02/2018 and I've been sending emails and calling them for processing and approving my claim but until today no luck. Even the Service Manager from Audi in George tried to email and call Hollard but their call centre doesn't pick up calls and they ignore emails. I'm now finishing two months without my car. I've never experienced this kind of bad service. I always trusted the brand Hollard but to my surprise that even big brands like Hollard can not be trusted.

I'm so disappointed.
