Hollard motor xtender reap poor people off

I bought my motor xtender policy last year August and I have been paying R375,00 on monthly basis and I had problem with my car, I then took my car to the dealership to get it checked and it was discovered it needed some repair and I since then been taken from pillar to post no one is telling me anything about the claim, I have been 2 and half weeks with my car. I feel ****** lots of money by this company,I mean I starved myself thinking I will have peace of mind with this policy but I invited lot of stress to my life and my family. I am now told that my car was involved in an accident and claim must be investigated before the decision is taken by TOP MANAGEMENT of which top management didn't sell me the policy, I never felt so cheated by a rich so called big company which supposed to be keeping their promises to their clients and deliver, and make sure people get what they pay for, I can't be told what happened to my car while I drive it alone not with Hollard management. I wouldn't be so stupid to take my car to the dealership if I knew I was in an accident, this people insulted me by this stupid suggestion of theirs. Their ****** period nothing more nothing less mafia business.
