Hollard Motor Xtender Insurance.......shocking service

This is my first time claiming on Hollard Motor XTender insurance and it is turning into being a USELESS and FRUSTRATING experience. Its now 4 days since I submitted my claim and not a single person has called me back to inform me of what is going on. This is despite me leaving messages. I can certainly feel that I am not dealing with Outsurance.......You have got a lot to learn from Outsurance!!! Go for lessons on how they conduct business
