Hollard motor xtender

Do not take hollard motor xtender. After paying for a few months I had problems with my vehicle. The garage said the motor needs to be redone. Hollard have rejected the claim because they say it wear and tear. If redoing the motor is wear and tear then why take a motor xtender? Shouldn't cover the major parts as they say on the policy documents?

Their consultants never give you feedback and there's always an excuse as to why they taking so long to give feedback on your claim. I have canceled my policy and would not recommend this product to anyone.
