Hollard motor vehicle claims department pathetic

<p>I phoned Hollard regarding a motor vehicle accident claim beginning of Feb 2017 till today I haven’t received payment. Not only did they not upload document send to them they haven’t even returned phone call. On a weekly basis I have to phone them to follow up. I have spoke 3 consultants and not one of them have completed the whole process. I am still waiting for payment after the team leader told me on Monday the 9th of March the paymentwill be in on Wednesday or the Latest Thursday Morning.</p>
