Hollard Motor Extender is a ****

Hollard Motor Extender is a ****. I took their cover before my car warranty lapsed and I was promised all the good things. Come the time for claim I was informed that Hollard doesn't cover for Gearbox seals and i was rejected after i was told to take the car to a registered dealership. For the dealership to diagnose the car they had to open the gearbox and determine exactly what was the cause of the 'transmission reduced performance'. My policy schedule indicated that the the automatic gearbox is covered for up to R28000 and my understanding was that all the gearbox components are included in that R28000 but no, to Hollard gearbox seals are treated like stand alone engine parts which is bull**** according to me.

It is strange that Hollard guys are only being detailed about the cover when they reject a claim but they fail to do that when one is taking a cover. The company is deliberately withholding that information and that on its own is ********* behavior on the side of the company and their representatives. My advice: Never ever take Hollard Motor Extender....
