Hollard motor EXTENDER

HOLLARD MOTOR EXTENDER You are *****'s and *****. I lost my vehicle engin engine and the damage is R66 000 - 00 and you are only paying me R9500 - 00

The engine EGR Valve failed and that cause for all the water to go out from the exhaust and that cause the Engine to overheat and i lost the engine. Now Hollard is saying the cause of the problem was overheating and that for they will only be paying the overheating on the policy (R9500) I say the problem started att the EGR Valve and that caused the overheating and the total failure of the engine.
