Hollard Motor Extender

I blew my turbo on a Land Rover Defender, a vehicle that just for the Turbo replacement is R16000. In the statement on your website the clause “Our cover limits are determined based on the make of your car”, how come then Hollard do you only cover R5000. At the time of signing up with you, debit orders had to run for a minimum of 3 months etc. Now I am no maintenance repair man so the prices covered by item on the policy is what Im assuming is the replacement cost. I was trusting that you were more in line with these prices.

The damages as a result to this burst Turbo, also meant fitting the new turbo, flushing out and cleaning the intercooler where shards of debris went into the intercooler. The total bill amounts to just short of R30k and Hollard only covers R5000 of that less my excess.
