HOLLARD MOTOR EXTENDER

After my car went in for repairs at the Lyndhurst Auto Approved Repair Centre, they messed up my battery, my acr was unable to start the day after i got my car. I had to get my battery replaced today which cost me more money, just days after i had to pay my excess. Nobody wants to take responsibility of my car battery, Hollard says it was not related to my car accident so they can't do anything, Then i call hollard motor extender to see if i can claim cause i have a policy with them. Now they are telling me that they do not cover car batteries, how was i suppose to know that!!
