Hollard Moto extender a ****!!!!

After numerous attempts to process my claim, I am still yet to receive a single notification or acknowledgment of my claim being processed. Funny enough I did not struggle to receive mail regarding policy increase, yet now that I have a claim to process I am being told that they are having troubles with the call centre ( waiting period for assistance: 60 minutes).

I have been a client of hollard motoextender for two years now and have never missed a single payment with them, however now that I need to use the service that I have been paying for so faithfully, I get the middle finger from them.

I would never advise anyone to take up a car warranty policy from Hollard. IT IS NOT WHAT THEY MAKE IT OUT TO BE!!!!
