Hollard Legal is pathetic
Hollard Legal Insurance takes their time to pay my "Refund to Customer". They work threw an agent named Europe Assistance. First I was told payment will be made in 30 days (I've waited 60 days and contacted them again). Then I was told by the agent to wait 14 days more. This is now the 45th day,still no refund.
