Hollard Legal is DISAPPOINTING TO THE MAX 500 times over

My boyfriend signed us up for Hollard Legal service, thinking this was a reputable company. He signed us both up giving us both coverage. Although there is a 3 month waiting period on services, we still are allowed legal consult during this waiting period.

They debited him and he never received any paperwork yet, he is still waiting. I am also allowed to use the service as he paid for both of us and I am also listed as a user. We both have NO idea where to contact. We have Googled etc and nothing. It appears emails barely get rep**** to.

How can a legal service not have a number to call or email should you need them? What are we paying for? By the time you get the service you paid for, it will be too late and you will be in a bad situation. This service we actually wanted to use but this does not seem possible.

I am very disappointed as we compared them to many other services upon signing up. We now require legal consult , we have been paying for it, yet not sure how to go about it. ( We are smart people so you would think how hard can this be?" trust me its very hard.

What exactly is my boyfriend paying for? Not at all impressed, he has not even been sent his sign up papers yet he was debited? Is this the way to do business?
