HOLLARD LEGAL CANT REFER TO ATTORNEYS

I have a Hollard legal policy. I asked them to refer me to anattorney for advice in a CCMA labour matter. Initially they referred me to an attorney in Johannesburg after i told them i am in Pretoria and don't want to drive so far for a 30min consultation. When they finally found an attorney in Pretoria, i called them only to find out they dont deal with labour matters. After numerous apologies they referred me to another attorney who guess what..dose not deal with labour cases. After calling them and displaying my disgust they promised to sort it out and contact me. They never did. How is it that a company dose not know what thier contractors do. Surely if they referring people to attorneys they should be aware of what the attorneys can do. Screams total incompetence to me, and whats worse is they take your money monthly for non service. ********
