Hollard joined me their policy without my consent

I asked for comprehensive car insurance quotation from Hollard and I telephonically joined them. But after they sent me policy documents ,reading all Ts and Cs I was not impressed at all. So I cancelled the policy then few days later they sent me ANOTHER policy documents that I have joined their The Hollard Motor Xtender. How crazy that is. They are just so *********. I will contact SAIA and seek legal advice from he National Consumer Commission.
