Hollard is disgraceful
Hollard is absolutely the worst insurance company by far. After a claim was approved and just as the contractor was about to start, they retracted the approval and declined it. I have been in contact with the complaints department but with no feedback from them, only getting default emails that they'll be in touch but they never do.
