Hollard is a RIP-OFF

Hollard Motor Extender is a ****. All car dealerships in SA do not acknowledge their policy cover. For two years in a row I am fighting for the reimbur*****t after having paid for my car service because my dealer would not contact Hollard. They do not answer their calls and if they did you are transferred to this so called claims department. The strange thing there is, they always say your claim has not reached their inbox please resend while they are with you on the phone. You resend as they tell you and immediately they say ok we have now received your claim and you will get your refund in three working days. Hello....it's been two weeks since that call and still nothing from you in my bank account. I am going to cancel this policy because if you fail to refund car service fees how are you going to refund major technical car service fees. I am done with you and your lies. You can move right along and **** others but it won't be me, ever again.
