Hollard insurance??Ensure you take people's money yes

anyone wanting to take out insurance with these people through cell c-think twice about it.I have been with them for 2 years-then my phone broke-took it in and after 3 months waiting -after endless calls,emails and follow ups at a cell c shop-they advise me that claim rejected due to the sim not being in phone at time of event-even though it was and that the nr on sim card must match the EMEI nr......when this contract phone and the original sim card that was issued by Cell C....so how can it be diffirerent?

But lesson learned.
