Hollard insurance your call centre's sre not efficient

I have been battling to get info and cancell and insurance on a motor vehicle. Have spend about 4 hours on the fone with different call centers. Each centre gives you another number to fone have about 9 numbers. Still no help on my problem. Pathetic. It's a pitty the service on this matter isn't as good as there telesales .
