HOLLARD INSURANCE - VERY BAD !!!!!!

All my years I have been with other insurance companies with no problems! I decided that let me try Hollard its cheap I can afford Hollard Insurance, I paid my premuim every month without any issues, I had 2 claims with Hollard and its a struggle, like hollard only wants the premuims but dont want to pay for claims. Hollard send one of their assessors out to do a damage report on our freezer, the assessor came here without any equipment and said the freezer is damaged due to wear and tear, we had our first report not wear and tear we look for a third opinion its not wear and tear only the compressor, Hollard still rejected our claim because of THEIR assessors report, a assessor who came without any equipment did not even look at the freezer did not know what he was supposed to do here at all , just told us he will write off the freezer. Well done. That assessor is working from his home, was walking to us , without equipment and still Hollard stays at his report!

I would not recommend hollard insurance to ANYONE!

STAY AWAY FROM HOLLARD THEY ONLY TAKE PREMIUMS AND HAVE ISSUE WITH EVERY CLAIM NO MATTER HOW BIG OR SMALL.
