Hollard insurance unprofessional

I’ve made a claim with Hollard because i was involved in a car accident on the 12 of March 2023. Till today the 11 of May 2023 i have no outcome regarding the claim, they are giving me run arounds. I am not updated to regarding the claim, its either the claim handler is unavailable to take calls or in a meeting. They don’t even bother to responding to my emails. I’ve called them numerous times giving them my number so that i can be called but they just ignore the request. Im so disappointed in them and they are busy deducting the premiums with no fail.
